Two-Legged Dog Is Missing After Huge Car Crash, Then 40 Person Search Group Find Him Feet Away

Duncan Lou Who may only have two legs, but that doesn’t stop him from living his life to the fullest.

Duncan was born with an issue in his back legs, which had to be amputated to save his life. This left Duncan with only his front legs — but he bounces around without any worries regardless.

This sweet pup has survived a lot. Most recently, a terrifying car crash nearly took him away from his loving family forever.

Duncan and his family were driving through Yellowstone National Park. They got into an accident with a buffalo, and the car flipped 5 times. Amazingly, no one was hurt — but no one could find Duncan, either.

Duncan’s dad, Gary, says nearly 40 people helped make a search party to find Duncan. They even got the help of someone who was experienced in search and rescue, and, amazingly, found Duncan scared in a quarry about 300 yards away from the road.

Gary and the rest of Duncan’s family reunited with their beloved pup, and he’s doing well at home now.

My dog has trouble using her back legs due to arthritis and old age, and I often feel bad for her. Duncan is a reminder to me that she doesn’t have to miss out because of her legs.

Despite all that he’s been thorough, Duncan has an amazing drive and love for life. He is a great reminder that we can make great things out of being dealt bad hands.
