The guests at Hollie and Dave Smith’s wedding were treated to quite the show during the reception. You see, the newlyweds decided to do something a little different for their first dance — and that included changing the music and inviting the bridesmaids to join in!
Usually, the tradition of the first dance between man and wife usually involves some kind of slow, sweet dance, one where the happy couple can sway cheek-to-cheek while teary-eyed guests watch.
And that is how Hollie and Dave’s first dance started.
But it didn’t end that way, I’ll tell you that much!
You see, while they swayed to Justin Timberlake’s “Mirrors,” suddenly the record scratched and Hollie pushed Dave away!
The guests in attendance at the reception let out gleeful shouts as the couple revealed the next step in their first dance with a high-five: they started performing an adorable choreographed performance to “Baby Got Back” by Sir Mix-A-Lot.
And that song definitely isn’t one you would sway to!
While they danced, Hollie’s bridesmaids started walking onto the dance floor.
And when “Baby Got Back” ended, Hollie got handed a chair. She placed it on the other side of the dance floor and yelled for Dave to park himself on it!
